We do not guarantee matches, chemistry, communication, or relationship outcomes.
LinkedHearts is not responsible for interactions or decisions made between users.
Payments & Refunds
All fees are disclosed before purchase and are paid in advance.
Fees cover curation and service delivery, not results.
Payments are non-refundable, except where services were not rendered, at our discretion.
Users are responsible for their own behavior and safety.
Harassment, misrepresentation, solicitation, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination without refund.
LinkedHearts is not liable for user actions, emotional outcomes, or personal experiences.

LinkedHearts’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
